The Ukrainian, who refused to return the debt for 10 years, shot his creditors outside the court building, which ruled against him. The surveillance camera recorded the time of the massacre. The incident occurred at about three o'clock in the afternoon on January 30 at the building of the Leninsky district court in Nikolaev. A few minutes before the couple from Odessa won the court from a local resident, who in 2008 lent them 40 thousand dollars, but never returned. The couple discussed the process with his lawyer, when a man in a dark jacket with a hood over his head appeared from behind the parked cars and opened fire at the defeat from a hunting rifle. In total, he fired three shots: two bullets hit the head of the family, another one - in the neck of his wife. The latter died on the spot, the man - in the ambulance. The footage shows that the son of the debtor was also present, but he did not dare to intervene, only towards the end he urged the 52-year-old father. Later, the young man tried to escape, but was detained on the outskirts of the city. A criminal case has been opened on the fact of the incident under Article 2 "Intentional Homicide."
