New Years Celebrations under DNR in Horlivka and Donetsk

This New Years Eve was the first time under the Russian occupation that the curfew was suspended for residents of the non-government controlled territories of Ukraine. Elevators in buildings (that are turned off during curfew hours under their law) were also operational around the clock until curfew reinstatement on January 1, 2019. There was a New Years event near the main tree in terrorist-occupied Gorlivka. It was pretty much pensioners... and barely any attendance. . . As with local markets. They were barren. As many shoppers around unoccupied Ukraine were rushing to get last minute/last days shopping done. the DNR was a ghost town. The current population of Horlivka is around 300,000. We recently saw what the city looked like right before Christmas time http://bit.ly/2SkkRy4 . A resident of the uncontrolled Ukrainian government, Gorlovka, on the eve of the New Year holidays.
