Locals recorded unusual vehicle movements at the Colombian border town Cotiza, possible to do with the pending humanitarian aid sheduled to enter Venezuela shortly but not in coordination with the Venezuelan military, as the Maduro government is no longer recognized by Colombia. On the ground it means there will be little problems. Actors seem to forget sometimes something regarding paperworks...
