Street of Russian Embassy in D.C. gets new name: Boris Nemtsov Plaza

A one-block section of the street outside the Russian embassy in Washington was renamed on Tuesday after the late Kremlin critic Boris Nemtsov who was slain in Moscow in 2015. Nathan Frandino reports.
