Humanitarian groups fill U.S. healthcare gaps

Connecticut-resident Richard "Murph" Murphy is one of 60 people across the U.S. who was chosen to receive a free knee or hip replacement surgery this December, courtesy of Operation Walk USA. The humanitarian organization provides surgeries to selected uninsured and underinsured patients. Jillian Kitchener reports.
