The police on duty received a report on the incident that occurred in the horticulture "Rainbow-2", located on Melnichno-Padsky tract of the Irkutsk region. During the check, the police found that the 20-year-old Irkutskian, without a driver's license, got behind the wheel of a Toyota Corolla car, to which a so-called tube was attached with the help of a cable, where a friend of the young man was. At the time of skiing, the speeding shell went into the oncoming traffic and got under the wheels of the Toyota Passo. As a result of the accident, a 22-year-old man, who was on a tuba, was injured, which subsequently died. Regarding the "Corolla" driver, administrative protocols were drawn up for gross violations of traffic rules. Upon the death of a person, a pre-investigation check is carried out.
