To start off with most of the people who squatted here were not homeless they used this park as a home base for drug dealing and more so as a type of clearing house for stolen property. Victoria has countless places for people to sleep and to get free meals and showers and even massages and manicures. the list of free services is endless. Welcome to Victoria BC Canada. This was a tent city that some drug addicts built when they took over a city park. It was used as a chop shop for stolen bikes and many other things that were brought on site .Decided to walk through it one day with a camera rolling. The zombie in orange has a nice knife hanging on her. She gets all pissed that someone is walking through this public park having a look around and filming. She calls her comrades but only 2 more show up because rest are cracked out in their tents. The guy with the camera made a coup
