Background Pedestrian (filmer) observed a car going the wrong way on a one way street at high speed, nearly causing several accidents. Pedestrian took picture of car's license plate and walked into a nearby restaurant. A few minutes later the pedestrian left the restaurant and began to walk back to his business. From approximately 500 feet away the driver of the car began yelling at the pedestrian, the first hint of conflict. The pedestrian ignored the yells and kept walking. The driver got in his car and drove at high speed to cut in front of the pedestrian, blocking his path. The driver exited the vehicle and began aggressively confronting the pedestrian, questioning why the pedestrian took photos of the license plate.
