'Miracles really do happen': Rep. Scalise

In a triumphant return to Congress on Thursday, U.S. Representative Steve Scalise told lawmakers, "I am definitely a living example that miracles really do happen," more than three months after being shot and wounded by a gunman who opened fire on him and other Republican lawmakers during a baseball practice.
