Obama to expand Hawaii marine reserve

Commerical fishing will be banned from more than 582,500 sq miles of the Pacific Ocean with U.S. President Barack Obama's expansion of the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument off the coast of Hawaii. Jillian Kitchener reports.
