State Dept. denies 'lax culture'

Following the FBI's recommendation that no charges be filed over Hillary Clinton's use of private email servers while secretary of state, a spokesman for the State Department says it does not have a 'lax culture' with regard to protecting classified information. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
