Over 140 arrested at U.S. Capitol in ongoing protest

U.S. Capitol Police arrested at least 140 Democracy Spring protesters, 12 of whom cuffed themselves to the rotunda of the U.S. Capitol. Actress Rosario Dawson was reportedly among those arrested. Gavino Garay reports.
