Alex, our neighborhood thief, was busted by my neighbor breaking into his car for the second time in 2 weeks. This time, he chased him down and dragged him back to the scene of the crime. Hopefully beat his ass as well. Camera system is 3MP/1080p Q-see model nvr, got it from the Costco site. And yes, the cat is a ninja. There is an interview of the dude that chased him down on the komonews.com website that is pretty funny.
