Cuba and US re-open embassies

Cuba's embassy in Washington, DC opened its doors Monday, restoring diplomatic relations after 54 years, while a US embassy also opened in Havana. While these events have heavy symbolic significance, there is still a lot of work ahead to fully normalize relations.
