Bag snatcher robs victim, steals her car and trails the victim

Happened in Napoli, he's been caught. His name is Donato Lomonte, 43 years old man from Ferrara (Italy). He attacked the victim (she's ok) and tried to steal her wedding ring and bag; then he sat on the driver's seat while some peple around was trying to help and ran away with the car.
