New video has surfaced of an unarmed black man being shot by a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Officer in September 2013. The incident was recorded on the dashcam of Adam Lin's vehicle and obtained by WPTV. Dontrell Stephens was being followed by Lin before he pulled over and got off his bike. Lin is seen getting out of his vehicle and then telling Stephens to get on the ground. Stephens appears to move towards Lin while holding a cell phone in his right hand, then goes out of frame before being shot, and appears back in frame running from gunfire. Stephens was paralyed from the waist down. Lin was cleared to work four days later, and state investigators found the shooting was justified. More info: http://ift.tt/1EjazmO
