Sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik from Puri Beach in the state of Odisha has congratulated Joe Biden and Kamala Harris with a sculpture ahead of the Presidential inauguration on January 20. Footage from January 19 shows the impressive art with both the future President and Vice President depicted above the Capitol building, with the American flag as a backdrop. The message of congratulations comes ahead of the historical inauguration that has been wrought with controversy after the insurrection of the Capitol building on January 6, which prompted heightened security measures.
