Rachel LaManna threatens to put up wire In the walking path after putting rocks To stop kids from scooting on HOA public path behind her home. After being confronted she asked the person to "returning" the rocks she put out to hurt the kids to get off her property. She decided it was a great idea to confront the parents of the kids and say "next time it will be a wire"... For those that have kids, this should hit home.
