Storm Francis has lashed the UK since Monday with strong winds up to 80 miles per hour and heavy rains. Many places are also experiencing flooding. A video posted Tuesday on social media shows Francis' strong wind is blowing sands at Oxwich Bay, Wales. (August 26)
