The incident occurred Sunday as two young men were prepping to race each other on a stretch of President Joaqu'in Balaguer Highway that connects the provinces of Santiago Rodr'iguez and Valverde. Several individuals could be seen in the video holding up traffic as an individual filmed the start of the tragic race from an SUV behind the bikers. No arrests had been reported as of Monday evening.
