Children Listen When Told They're Being Watched by Invisible Princess

A very interesting experiment was conducted where children were told they were competing for a prize. The children were told what they could not do and then left alone. Another group of children were told the same rules but also told that an invisible Princess Alice was sitting in a chair watching them. The children who were not told they were being watched all cheated while those who were told about the imaginary princess did not.
