Jacksonville police announced Tuesday that an investigation into an officer-involved shooting at a car dealership had been completed. Chief John Franklin said in a news conference that two officers acted in self-defense when they fatally shot 22-year-old Tramon Savage on June 14. Police said Savage was suspected of breaking into vehicles at a Crain Ford dealership when the officers confronted him. Savage reportedly drove toward the officers in a pickup truck and they opened fire. Franklin said investigative findings had been submitted to prosecutors for review. He said the officers will remain on leave until prosecutors weigh in on the case. Jacksonville police released the bodycam video from the shooting Tuesday evening.
