The small electric car is designed for use inside dense inner cities, particularly European and Japanese cities, where parking is difficult and streets are narrow. Some hipsters speculate it will be like an electric version of the popular Mini of the 1960s. However, its short range (200 kilometers) is only suitable for city driving.
