It's designed to shoot other drones out of the air. Just like everything Russia created, the drone was ridiculed in western media, "it's useless, it couldn't possibly work. The distinction doesn't make sense. Trump is clouding with Russia." Lie after lie after lie. Just because you guys couldn't get it to work, doesn't meant the Russians are as unintelligent as you. They invented space travel. Watch this prototype shoot targets out of the air.
