Here are the stories we're watching this morning: Strasbourg shooting: At least three people have been killed and 12 injured, six seriously, after a gunman opened fire in central Strasbourg on Tuesday evening, French Interior Minister Christophe Castaner said. The minister also announced that the country's "Vigipirate" security threat level would be raised. May faces mounting pressure: An attempt to oust British Prime Minister Theresa May looked to be gathering momentum on Tuesday, a day after her decision to delay a vote in parliament on her Brexit deal for fear of a rout angered many in her Conservative Party. Gilets jaunes: Opinions are divided whether the concessions made by French President Emmanuel Macron will calm the wave of angry riots carried out by the Yellow Vest movement. On Monday Macron announced an extra EUR100 a month for minimum wage earners and tax cuts for pensioners, on top of a climbdown over the fuel tax which prompted the mass demonstrations four weeks ago.
