Dashcam footage from Tampa, Florida captured a panhandler having a roadside rage after nobody donated to his opportunistic beer fundraiser. The footage, captured earlier this month (November 12) on Marumbi Court, Wesley Chapel, shows the eccentric antics of the impatient beggar when the filmer was in rush hour traffic. The filmer said: "Crazy guy has a meltdown on the side of the road because no one's giving him money for his sign that says 'Why lie, I need a beer'".
