Does anybody believe him? Did not also Obama promise " to withdraw all U.S. combat troops from Afghanistan within 16 months "? and they have been there for more than 16 years. Look what Trump said about "Syrian rebels" few years ago and compare it with what he is doing in Syria now. That does not need any further commentary
