Contradicting Kelly, Trump says he's been "very consistent" on wall

President Trump says his stance on the wall has been "consistent" despite earlier suggestions by his chief of staff John Kelly, that Trump's views on the subject have evolved. Touring a factory in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania Trump also accused Democrats of wanting to shut down the government to distract from the success of his tax cuts. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
