Ammar Alwaely was travelling through Mosul's frontline with several colleagues when they stopped to capture some footage. As he holds one camera, the action camera mounted to his shoulder can be seen exploding in an instant, sending bits of debris into Mr Alwaely's face. UK reporter Owen Holdaway was standing nearby when the suspected ISIS sniper struck.
