Fresno, CA - A man went to the hospital Wednesday after an Electronic Cigarette battery exploded in his pocket. Video from the bus shows the 53 year old man's pocket literally explode. Flames from the device are clearly visible. Fresno police said the man suffered third-degree burns on his leg and hand.
