Thrusday, 8:30 a.m. A man apparently with psychological problems began to scream in the middle of the avenue and threw himself in front of the cars with open arms to stop the traffic. At 8:36 a.m. A car that was patrolling the neighborhood came across the scene when sunddenly the man climbed in the hood of the car and bagan to scream and intimidade the police. After several attempts of comversation the policeman fired the taser and immobilized him. The boy came out with only a cut on his head and apparently is not in danger. Great work cops, congratulation. (Sorry bad english)
