Hundreds of shirtless U.S. Naval Academy freshman, or 'plebes', climb on top of one another to try to replace a dixie-cup hat with one worn by upperclassmen atop the Herndon Monument -- greased in 200 pounds of lard. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
