Biker get knocked over by old timer for overtaking him on double yellow lines.

Fair enough the biker should not have done that, but what the fuck? He could have killed them. From what I can gather the dude was okay, but his wife(the Pillion) is in ICU in Hospital. The cops turned up, but did not arrest the old guy despite the video evidence but apparently he will be prosecuted.
