High Speed Chase After Bank Robbery In Kenosha, WI

Kenosha, WI - A recent high-speed chase involving officers and a lead-footed bank robbery suspect was captured on riveting dashcam video released by the Kenosha Police Department. The 10.5-mile pursuit began in the 3900 block of 52nd Street, traveled through a McDonald's parking lot and continued with speeds in excess of 100 mph across Kenosha, Somers, Mount Pleasant and Racine. The chase ended when the suspect jumped out of a moving vehicle and was apprehended - after a brief foot chase - near the 2300 block of Coolidge Avenue in Racine. Efrem Z. Coleman, 42, of Racine was charged with three felonies, including robbery of a financial institution, threatening to injure someone and fleeing from police involving the May 2 incident. He is being held on $150,000 bond. Read more here
