Secretariat not only won the Triple Crown in 1973, he set a world record for each of the 3 races (Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont) that still stands today. That would be like an Olympic runner setting the all time world record for the 100m, 200m and 400m in the same Olympics...an impossible feat. This race is Secretariat winning the 1973 Belmont Stakes.
