This is a body camera video of an officer of the Fairfield, California, Police Department TASERING an unarmed, young, black man who is PARALYZED from the chest down, while he was calm and seated in the passenger seat of a vehicle. He and his girlfriend can be heard at least six (6) times (3 times each) telling the officers that he is paralyzed before the order "Tase him" is given by the male officer. His wheelchair is clearly visible in the video in the back seat of the vehicle. He had just finished relieving himself into a catheter when the officers showed up, which is why is pants are down when's he's yanked from the car, while trying to maintain his dignity. The officers involved falsely charged him with resisting arrest (to try to cover their civil liability), but the charges were dropped by the Solano County D.A.'s office in the interests of justice.
