Only good for stationary use and amazon logo vans First part of the video is previous damages and or oil changes or dangerously bad tires that were present before i used them . I documented this through text to dispatch because there was no routine maintenance check and so I wouldn't get blamed for damages . I have a DOT medical card that I got before I started . For osha and DOT, a lot of these vans we're unsafe especially from when I started to when I was fired illegally on or about September 25th 2019. Systemize did not require there employees to have DOT examination. I already had a DOT medical card I got by myself April 2019. Worse I apply for a different amazon sub contracted company by the name is ABC. They invited me to come in for an interview to Nashua NH located 10 state st . Because I was currently in the middle of an NH unemployment appeal, I still had to look for jobs . I was never told I couldn't come on the property by the owner or by any manager . There was no order nor did the Nashua police know the owners name , which by law is the only person who can ask a court for one . He states the manager Dave Dblinsk put it in . He's just the site manager . This was abuse from Nashua police when they were trespassing and interfering with employment. They had no legal right to be there . New Jersey doesn't require inspections to happen for used vehicles until every 2 years. New vehicles are 5 . Sounds safe , not. As far as I know , any vehicle parked in the same residence for 6 months or longer , they have to be registered in NH. If not , pretty sure it's tax evasion , and its a company. No other employees cared about the vans , besides me. These are all different vans . In the video it shows some of the photos I have . It didn't matter if I told the dispatch or not about damages they didn't care . In the video an insurance app called mentor is being talked about that . This app was specifically designed Bd used only for amazon logo vans. Because it was built into the van . The second part of the video is where an amazon manager admits there's problems with this mentor insurance app. This is the issue I called out multiple times to dispatch how this mentor app records all movement of the company phone used for scanning and gps. The app is only for stationary use. On or about September 25th 2019, I got fired because I refused to use the mentor insurance app that I knew it had problems , that the station manager Dave diblinsk admits has the same exact problems I mentioned on several occasions. These did not have the same computer for any app to work with correctly as the mentor insurance app is only good for stationary use or amazon logo vans . This would record all movement not just when you are driving It makes it seem like your using the phone while driving . This is what the amazon station manager Dave Dblinsk was saying that amazon already knew this . Systemize logistics was trying to enforce everyone to start using this all on or about September 25th 2019, when nobody received training , paperwork , what insurance company this information is going to , how can you dispute it etc. absolutely nothing to explain this app. I knew because I looked online , because no documents or anything was provided by systemize logistics and it specifically states only for stationary use and records all movement . It's a driving app only for stationary use, not while you are scanning packages or walking . . Mentor Documents in the insurance world your a distractive driver or how you drive which can be used against you for ratings and other reasons . I got fired because , I refused to use an app that at all times I use the phone I'm being rated as a distractive driver , because this app doesn't work with the vans being used, amazon knew this but systemize logistics out of Massachusetts, was enforcing it on or about September 25th 2019, when even there vans were unsafe . I filed for NH unemployment only for NH Employment Security, to deny my claims for made up reasons that was not in writing. Also my whole point is I was illegally fired from, Systemize logistics, located in Stoughton Mass., for an app that's not in any handbook given to me , was not required upon hiring in May 2019, and knowingly when this mentor insurance app has issues that could cause insurance issues for anyone that has there own auto insurance. NH unemployment also admitted I had an Active NH workers compensation claim open when it ended March 4th 2019. Through settlement. Massive legal abuse . Now I filed for unemployment through Massachusetts in March 2020 due to covid 19, only for them to put in writing I had an active NH unemployment claim and they withdrawn my claim in mass because of it . My withdrawal form was sent via email to attorneys and the commissioners of NHES. I sent an appeal in to Massachusetts employment security Appeals, give or take two weeks ago and still have not received anything .
