The man suffered three episodes of pre-heart attack symptoms before arriving at a health centre and is currently under observation. Antonio Palomino Guardia, the injured man's brother, said Angel was digging in the garden and received an electric shock after running into a thick electric cable. "We still have to see how his organs are, right now we can see that his arms and legs are swollen and red, but we can't see if he's okay," he said.
