Now the authorities insist that the two human beings who fell under the caterpillars are alive. It is specified that one got off with a scare, and the second one has a broken leg. Probably their lives were saved by soft, pliable sand. "Battle Steel" is presented as a military historical festival. Reconstructors are introduced to tecniques that were used in the First World War, in the Great Patriotic War, in Afghanistan, and now in the conduct of modern antiterrorist operations. Organizers recreate battles, introduce the field kitchen, and shoot blank cartridges from various weapons. The highlight of the program are the tanks and BTR amphibians, on which spectators are allowed to ride.
