CBO report could make or break Ryan's health plan

Republicans in Washington are nervously awaiting a report from the Congressional Budget Office counting up the costs of their plan to repeal and replace former President Barack Obama's signature health program-- White House spokesman Sean Spicer even taking a shot at the credibility of the widely-respected office at his briefing on Wednesday.
