Grant Township, MI - Police are seeking to identify an ATV driver who allegedly ran over a man seemingly because of a property dispute. In a video distributed by the Oceana County Sheriff's Department, the driver of a blue ATV and another man argue over property. Its owner said he had called police after the driver had ignored a trespassing sign at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the 7600 block of S. 180th Avenue."You own this ... right of way?" asks the driver. "That's correct," replies the owner. "I doubt it," the driver said. "Yeah ... well, you can tell that to the cop when he comes," the owner said. Shortly thereafter, the owner's camera spins around, and the two engage in a back-and-forth about whether he was hit. Police say they want to investigate the incident, including charges of trespassing, assault and malicious destruction of property.
