Shocking aftermath of car that drove on sidewalk and killed pedestrian in Portland

A silver Honda Element, seen in this clip in tatters, drove onto a sidewalk on Southeast Stark and 18th Street in Portland, Oregon on Monday (January 25), striking 5 pedestrians and killing one, local news confirms. Videographer Jeremy Banning was on the scene and tells Newsflaer that incident is being investigated as intentional.
