The threat of river floods is still ongoing in the Portland metropolitan area on Thursday (January 14). The National Weather Service has issued Flood Warnings for the area and expected rivers to rise above the flood stage. A drone footage postest on social media shows flooding in a wide area in Farmington, Oregon.
