Election Day crowds started to gather at Black Lives Matter Plaza, near the White House in Washington DC, on Tuesday (November 3). Nearby, the White House and the Treasury were surrounded by fencing, and businesses were boarded up. On Black Lives Matter Plaza, the White House fence was covered with anti-Trump placards and protesters were starting to gather.
