Black Creek Diversion Channel flooded after major storm in Canada

The Black Creek Diversion Channel going into the Humber River in North York, Ontario, Canada was flooded Tuesday during a major rainstorm. (August 4, 2020) You can see the diversion operating at normal levels, then 20 minutes later, the diversion is full of potential floodwaters.
