A Milner, Georgia man was shot and killed on the night of November 6th at a Waffle House. This occurred after an argument took place. The shooting occurred at the Waffle House located in Jackson. It all began at about 10:57 p.m. The Butts County Sheriff's Office 911 Center received three different 911 calls regarding a disturbance at the Waffle House. Butts County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the Waffle House. Upon the deputies' arrival, they discovered 27-year-old Nicholas Phinazee Bryan who suffered a gunshot wound. Evans and Bryan began having a physical altercation and GBI officials say Henderson Jr. fired one round at Bryan, striking him. Bryan was transported to Monroe County Hospital in Forsyth where he later died at about 3 a.m. Bryan was transported to the GBI Crime Lab, where an autopsy will be performed. Robert Lewis Henderson, Jr., 36, and Antonio DeMarty Evans, 39, turned themselves in to the Butts County Sheriff's Office. Henderson is charged with one count of Murder and one count of Aggravated Assault. Evans is charged with Tampering with Evidence.
