When Nestor hits, the Florida Panhandle will see some really bad weather, with sub-hurricane wind speeds, and with chances for some tornadoes. In East Central Florida, where I live, we'll get a lot of rain, some thunderstorms, and a smaller chance of a tornado hit. WEATHER..!!
