Police was called when a women found her car blocked by junk owned by a homeless man after leaving the market. When asking him to remove his things so she can get out with her car, the hobo said he would only do so if she give him 50 bucks. When she refuse he says that he wont allow her to leave then. The lady called the cops, who came and also got a no from the man. After trying to make him leave he bit one officer arm, resulting in the following:
