A Maryland caregiver will spend a year behind bars after she was seen in a disturbing video slapping an elderly woman in the face and striking her with a cell phone. Roxann Bucchan-Straker, 48, was sentenced Thursday after she pleaded guilty to abusing her 95-year-old wheelchair-bound patient in November 2015.
