Trump's Syria policy a work-in-progress

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson met with top U.S. allies in Italy Monday, striving to sustain the momentum from well-received U.S. airstrikes, but although former President Obama nev\er sent strikes against the Syrian government in the 6 year civil war, President Trump's Syria policy otherwise has a familiar ring.
